Whether you’re TDY or PCS-ing in or out of Beale, the Gold Country Inn can provide you with excellent lodging accommodations in 183 rooms, convenient to all base activities and local community services. The Gold Country Inn also welcome non-PCS or non-TDY guests on a space available basis. Space available guests can stay a maximum of 3 days at a time.

  • Most of our VQ’s are quad rooms with private bathroom, but shared common area i.e. living room, dining room, kitchen, back patio, washer, and dryer.
  • Most of our facilities are about 2-3 miles away from our front desk; please have your taxi wait for you while we check you in.

Policies

Pet Policy

The following breeds of dogs that are deemed dominant and aggressive will not be permitted to be housed at or on the premises (AFI32-6001, pg. 29, 30): Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terrier, English Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Rottweiler, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Siberian Huskies, Akitas, Perro de Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid. Exotic and other non-domestic animals, rodents (mice and rats), reptiles, snakes, arachnids, insects, farm, ranch and wild animals. Pets that fall under these categories will not be housed in our pet TLF units. Guest must Kennel the pets.

No Show Policy

Guaranteed reservations are held until midnight on the date of your arrival. Failure to cancel guaranteed reservations prior to midnight on the date of your arrival will result in a no-show fee equivalent to one night’s stay. This fee will be charged to your credit card. A cancellation number will be issued upon cancellation of reservations.
