Airman Leadership School

ALS encompasses 24 days of training, over a total of 5 weeks. The course teaches leadership skills required of supervisors and reporting officials through the Air Force. ALS enhances the development of Airmen by strengthening their ability to lead, follow, and manage while they gain a broader understanding of the military profession. Instruction includes a series of lectures, open discussions, homework, exercises, writing, and briefing assignments.
